When I got up it was windy and the sun was mostly risen.

I forgot to mention that when I got up yesterday there was also almost no fog.
Yesterday it was changing, foggy on/off, raining off/on and windy.
At night it was raining off/on and windy.
When I went to bed it was windy.
When I got up it was windy and the sun was almost completely risen.
