I checked with a friend (whose preemie is 25 years old now!) who said that finding clothes for preemies was a challenge, perhaps less so now, since their small size always had a doll-like look to them and she wanted a more traditional soft newborn style. Nice to know you have created patterns specifically for preemies so parents have the option of sewing rather than store-bought. I really like your tip on making sure the seams would not be scratchy.
