Every Sunday I take a few moments to reflect on my week ahead. I think about what things I may do differently next week. I write a "to-do" list of things I want to accomplish. The list goes up on my bulletin board on Monday.
Why do I do these things? I like being prepared and it makes my transition easier on Monday morning. By taking some time to think about it Sunday, Monday morning is so much less stressful.
Does anyone else have any rituals they go through to prepare for the workweek?
