I saw a demonstration for making a braided sandwich on the internet. This one uses a roast beef filling, using leftover roast beef, veggies, and cheese. It is a savory filling, just perfect to use in this easy crust. Why is it easy? You can buy some crescent roll dough in a can at the store.
Has anybody tried making a braided sandwich yet? I still have a can of crescent rolls in my fridge. Maybe this weekend would be a good time to make another braided sandwich? I surely don't want those crescent rolls to go bad!
This would make a good Mother's Day brunch idea. Serve it with a green salad, a veggie, and a drink. Throw some dessert in there, too. After all, it is an occasion.
