It is really cold here in Kansas. Monday or Tuesday, I want to make a big pan of falafel chili. So tasty with crackers and a green salad!

We had falafel chili tonight, and it was delicious! Such an easy recipe to make, and it costs less than traditional chili.

I went to my favorite Middle Eastern market today and got 3 boxes of falafel. I love a falafel pattie in a pita or a wrap. I also have to have falafel mix to make this chili. It is sooooo good!
