There is a controversy surrounding "Sully" before the film has even opened. Scott Heger, who was hired as consultant and aerial coordinator, is suing the producers and Warner Bros. for more than $250,000 in back wages. The suit was filed this past Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court. Heger says he had a verbal contract with the producers and provided hundreds of hours of on-set consultation, which included training the actors on correct procedure in piloting a jet.
