One of my favorite sides for a sandwich meal is a special summer treat that I buy at Costco. Organic Whole Fruit Frozen Juice. These little 3 ounce ice pops come in a paper cone. They are just 60 calories each. There are three delicious flavors-apple grape, apple cherry, and apple strawberry. They are light, refreshing, and so good for you...the perfect ending to a sandwich meal.

A lovely corn bean salad with corn, black beans, squash, bell peppers, jalapena peppers, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil is great with summer sandwiches. You can also stuff it into a pita. Use cheese with it!

Butter lettuce mixed greens, topped with Three Sisters Corn Bean Salad and blue cheese dressing. If you don't like blue cheese, choose ranch.

Salad with kale, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, chicory, craisins, pumpkin seeds, with poppy seed sweet dressing.

Baked beans with bacon is a good way to round out a sandwich meal.

Cucumbers and red onions soaked in Claussen's Dill Pickle juice and sugar for two hours.
