"Eczema is a general term used to describe varying skin conditions that result in inflamed and discolored skin. Typically the skin is red, dry, inflamed, and occasionally blisters or crusts form.

The term eczema is often times used interchangeably with the term dermatitis, which literally translates to 'inflamed skin.'"

--From everydayroots --

Ugh. My eczema is acting up again. It's my fault though. I have eaten foods that are considered bad to me and I now regret it because right now, I'm all red and itchy.

Tomorrow, I'm going to buy coconut oil to be rubbed on my skin to see if the itchiness will fade.

I've taken some medicine for me not to be itchy but I know natural is the way to go. I guess I'm going to be a vegetarian in the near future.

Right now, I'm staring at my skin and it looks pretty okay. I'm going to buy some baking soda and vinegar for my feet to soak into. I hope this works to heal my feet.

^______^

I'm soaking my feet in salt water first before buying the vinegar and baking soda. I just regret throwing the hot water away earlier.
