Weekly weigh-in time! I'm at 138.6lb 21.4% fat, 53.8% water, 35.2lb muscle. How are you doing toward your goals?

I'll note my second scale I'm testing out says I'm 137.8lb. Maybe that's the right one wink.

Wednesday weigh-in -- 58.6 Kilo = 129.19 pounds

Trying to maintain, previous week gained 1.2 K after a week of indulgence of wining and dining. This past week going back to normal lost 1.3 K.

Good God Almighty Peter, you are going to waste away!! I won't recognize you the next time I see you!

Weekly weigh-in! 141.8lb 22.2% fat 53.1% water 34.9lb muscle. We got the kayak rack so we can kayak again! That'll help smile.

I also have to get back to eating better. Our grill's been broken so we'll build the new one this week! That will help too smile.

Sadly, not really. I've been stalled at around `150, and today it's 152. Not sure if this is water bloat or if I've actually gained the weight. I'm reviewing my choices this past week and am going to cut out all juice to see if that helps. I'm also trying to watch my starches again - I don't seem to be able to metabolize them if I have them at more than one meal. Alas, portion control remains difficult, but I have hope!
