Should I buy this dress in hot pink or blue? I have blondeish hair, blue eyes and pale skin with yellow/red undertones. I think color we can choose, but the key is that how to make good match.

When I love a piece of clothing and I cannot decide on the color I will buy every colors available except of course if it is something that costs a lot then I will make up my mind on one color, I remember at least one time I could not decide so I did not buy it haha.
