On February 20-21 of this year, I'm going to attend the Cosplay Carnival about an hour and half away from home.

I'm getting ready my costume for Sunako Nakahara of The Wallflower right now. I cut the bangs of my wig because it's too long. I'm making my knife prop out of cardboard earlier and it's still drying. I also made eye swirls for my glasses and I had attached a metallic pin for the rim.

I'm going to shop for a long-sleeved shirt and some face pain for blood.

I just added some "blood" on my knife and my glass swirls. It's drying right now and it looks amazing!

Ugh. I am still finding my white sweatshirt. It's been years since I've last seen it and I hope I can spot it at last. I'm going to try again tomorrow. Wish me luck

Hello everyone!

I just bought a brand new white sweatshirt that costs about $2. It's ready to be splattered with "blood". I'm going to do it tomorrow.

I bought make-up , that's good news. I'm going to try it tomorrow again and hope the outcome will be good.

I have a confession to tell you all... I painted my sweatshirt and it looks creepy already even though it's still drying. I can say that my costume will turn out great.

It's my first time cosplaying in an event and let me tell you, I'm equally excited and nervous. Since I only spent about 500 Pesos or $10.50, my costume would be pretty simple. I had the red and white paint in the past so that's about $5 saved.

Anyway, I don't really know if I'm going on Saturday or Sunday because of conflict of plans. I'm ready though so that's good news.

I tried on the wig, 'bloody' sweatshirt, red jogging pants... It was amazing! I completely look like the character I was going for and all it took was about 30 minutes to change into the costume, more or less.

After changing into my home clothes, I then put on some 'blood' on my face and it looked natural. Not bad for my first time.

There are 2 days to go before the event and I hope I last from morning to evening.

To say that I'm thrilled is an understatement. Good thing that I purchased my ticket in advance because I don't have to line up anymore like I did almost 3 years ago.

I woke up early so that I can get to the venue just on time. I was going as Sunako Nakahara from The Wallflower and to say that people were looking at me oddly and in amazement was quite satisfying.

You see, it was my first time cosplaying publicly and people actually came up to me to ask for photos. Who would have thought? ٩(◕ั ∀◕ั๑٩)

Anyway by 11 AM, I was now directed to enter the convention because I already had my ticket purchased before the event. I entered the room and I was really surprised by the fact that there were only a few people roaming around. Then I thought to myself..."You're early, idiot!"

There were many stalls and stores to buy cosplay stuff from. I just walked from them until I finally saw something that caught my eye.
