I love the New Year. Being Scottish it is the time we celebrate the most. I love to get rid of the old and prepare for the new by setting intentions and goals for how i would like to direct things for the year ahead.

Setting goals is great to keep you on track and to help you feel like you've achieved something, instead of always feeling like you've failed.

Set goals that are achievable and have logical steps to follow.

I LOVE this time of year too. I do set goals, and intentions all through the year, but for some reason, this is the FUNNEST time (to me anyway) to go over them, and see what's working (and what's not).

And I LOVE getting my new calendars out.
