Feelings of self-worth can come in many forms. There is a tendency to measure our self worth against how many things we have and how successful we are. Mostly these are empty expressions of self-worth. I believe there is a much deeper way of feeling good about yourself.
Great topic! I always have to remind myself that I am a human being rather than a human doing. It's hard to get beyond the idea that I have to earn my worth, but I am working on it.

Thanks Korie it can be tough especially when everyone else see's our worth in such ways.
I think of Jesus, Mother Theresa and the Buddha - they had nothing of value but the messages they brought and the way they lived gave more to the world than anything we could own
