Oh I'd love to see articles on making gentle changes, or little changes, for someone who has something like OCD, or depression. Like what are some little steps.
I have several clients with bigger issues than I've had in my personal experience. So, I can't exactly say that something that worked for me could work for them, you know?
I am not a therapist, but I do ministerial counseling (I'm a minister) and psychic readings. I often have people asking me for advice on some action they could take in that moment. I always refer them to their therapist, or life coach, but if there was another proven technique I could share, as a "tip" that would be awesome.
I'd also love to read more about how practices, like positive thinking, or gratitude, are more than just being in denial (so many people really believe that, so aren't willing to even give it a try).
