I am learning to become a life coach. So I am asking if is there a book or some other material that you would reccomend. For example how to do the sessions, how to ask questions, all sort of things that I should know to coach and so on.

Does this book writes about coaching sessions and how to conduct them?
I was thinking about this book, but am a little indecisive between this books.

1. The one you mentioned
2. The Life Coaching Handbook
3. Life Coaching: A Manual for Helping Professionals

I am inclined more for the 3 option.

Hello. I can't speak for the other books but the one I mentioned is really comprehensive. It takes you through the first session and sets a basis for the others.
