I seldom eat fast food but I know some of you do so on a regular basis, I thought you might find this article by Forbes interesting: Excerpt: Using a technique that identifies carbon and nitrogen isotopes in meat, co-authors A. Hope Jahren and Rebecca Kraft tried to determine the animals' diets and in what conditions they were raised. Based on the high levels of carbon and nitrogen isotopes found in the meat products, the authors claim that the cattle and poultry were predominantly fed corn, which makes them as fat as possible in as short a time as possible, and were raised in extreme confinement. So does this change your view of McDonald's, Wendy's or Burger King?

I cut down with fast food a whole lot, Maybe once a month and thats a Sub Way

Any food that is not healthy you cannot be surprise when you learn that it is not healthy. This type of food tastes good but it is not food you should eat every day. Just like Elmo said a few years ago these are sometimes food  .
