Thanks for the article on caffeine. I've found that having it any later than 6 p.m. keeps me awake at night. Switching to decaf coffee and trying not to have any chocolate midnight snacks really helps with getting a good night's sleep.
Oh I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my coffee. It's part of my morning ritual - two cups before 10am. After that, I'm pretty set on my goal of 64 ounces of water, so that gets priority - but if I really want something hot, I drink Roma (it's a fake coffee).
