I have five resolutions for this year, all of which have nothing to do with my weight:
- I will practise better organization skills
- I will consciously work on my patience
- I will find better ways vent my anger
- I will be purposeful in spreading kindness
- I will nourish my inner self every day

I can't even remember the last time I made New Year resolutions. None of them ever lasted into February, so not only did I still had all the bad habits, but manifested a lack of self-discipline. No points there.
