Earlier this year as I was coming to terms with the major Efff up of a surgery my mom had, I suddenly started having the worst back pain!! It was like my emotional state literally weakened my physical state, and it was SOOOO easy for me to get thrown off! Massage, chiropractic, and yoga stretching were so important in my recovery!
Now I definitely have to make them a regular part of my routine just because it's been a tough year
