I really enjoy Blue Bloods, but I typically watch the episodes on reruns. Rarely do I catch it during the season. I read the previous comments re whether the show is getting too violent, and I don't know if it has always been that way or is more so recently. I watch a few other shows that are violent but shy away from too much violence. But maybe Blue Bloods has increased lately(?).
I do see that Danny plays a huge part in the show. Has that changed from earlier seasons? I really don't know. He does seem to carry the lions share of the show along with Tom Selleck.
Still a good show, though, and I'll keep watching it as it is one of the better stories on TV. I actually like the whole cast for the most part.
