Maybe there are some reflective thinking types of exercises you could give them to help them settle down?
When I was teaching mini-courses at a local high school, I'd have them watch some movie that would make them think - like Sixth Sense!! Most teens haven't seen that movie, and it was always a delight to see their expressions when the movie ended LOL!! And the conversation it prompted was amazing!
Kids just want to be heard. Sometimes I wonder if the Mercury Retrograde enhances that need, and that's why they do so many attention-seeking behaviors?
Luckily, it's just three weeks
