This week I made some wonderful chicken satays (otherwise known in my house as chicken-on-a-stick,) marinated in a wonderful spice blend (non-spicy) called Za'atar (pronounced Zat-tar.)

It's easily found in Middle Eastern markets and it's great on pizza dough/foccacia bread, sprinkled on veggies, added to soups/stews and even sprinkled over your salad.
