Inner Wisdom - I am unsettled and frightened by this term. And yet love it at the same time. It unsettles me because I don't understand how it works. Let me try to explain. I worry that inner wisdom is connected to being arrogant or boastful. Like being a know-it-all. I know I'm not explaining this right, but can you help me understand how this works? Does everyone have it?

Chel, I can explain how I see, sense, and feel that statement Inner wisdom is our higher wisdom. The loving, kind, and wise aspects of us at a Soul Level. Wisdom is created through understanding, and understanding comes through the heart. Arrogance is an action of the mind, and it is always limited - because judgment is a part of arrogance, right? When we are guided by our inner wisdom, it might look like this: I am an infinite being in a body. I can accomplish this because of the force that works through me. I am light in motion. I will work through this difficult situation, because the force that works through me will guide me, one step at a time. It's possible to move forward. I am loved and supported by the Universe. And yes, everyone has it. But, not everyone acknowledges it. Inner wisdom is always kind, loving, and supportive, and free of judgment. Does that make sense? And you've just inspired an article idea - so thanks!!

There is someone in my life that is a constant source of negative energy - she never gives; it's all take, blame, be the victim.
Here's my gratitude: "I am so happy and grateful that (her name) has shown me the power of negative thinking in action! This is a really important thing to know, because I can see where I've been caught up in that too. Life can be very stressful, and even traumatic. WOW! I just this instance walked down the stairs, giving something up. I was working on my final article before graduation. A few years ago, I had destroyed my portfolio of articles from my newspaper days. It was a purge from my old life. Just last night, I was grappling with the fact that this often crosses my mind before I fall asleep. After I finished my BellaOnline article, I stopped for a quick coffee break before posting it, (Still Breaking by the Way) and presto!
There I was almost four steps down and I told myself, let it go. Those articles are gone and you are replacing them with better articles that you enjoy. Every article you now write you enjoy and your writing is much better. And by step sixth, I had let it go.
Who knew it was "All About the 9"!

Oh Chel, I can certainly relate to that! Sometimes I think about getting a really cute little sign that I can hang next to my bed that says: Don't panic.We weren't dropped off on this planet, and then forgotten about - We are actually an Infinite Being in a body here for an adventure. We are the Soul that longs for individuated expression through this adventure. We are okay - we really are Okay - so I want that sign for my office too LOL!!!

I want that sign too! I will hang it right next to my desk and my "Panic" button. Which by the way, I push on a regular basis and it does nothing. No delivery of Red Vines or Carmel Drizzle Coffee.

Update for Chel:
Teamwork - Together I found something Jeff was looking to find. I hunted as he gave me hints on where he thought it might be.
Harmony - Gave the dogs a bit of pizza, the cats a bit of ham, so that they would all relax while I was drawing.
Co-Creative - The O'Cedar broom and I are spiffing up the upstairs!
I used the color orange in an illustration and made the background on my desktop pink.

Chel, those are such happy vibes!!! My daughter and I made some plans, and I reached out to a couple of people who could possibly help me with an adventure, as I have an adventure for them too And I gathered some necessities for my son, and met with him. We had such a nice dinner together. It was a great day - but WOW to the energy. I actually got over 6,000 steps on my little step tracker LOL!

I stepped outside of my comfort zone by donating a dragon puppet to my local library and asking if they could use donations for their upcoming Halloween Party. Believe me - this was totally out of my comfort zone! I took a step.

Seven is my favorite number. I love all odd numbers, but seven is my favorite. When I am happy and loving, the world seems a better place. When I'm down and grumpy, it seems down and grumpy. I am often surprised on the down days that others are happy. I would assume that it was the world and not me. Working on that issue.

Oh, I read this late,, but awesome, I actually spent a down day. Wow, I no longer feel the guilt of not being productive as I define productive. I drew, I read, I visited with a friend, I had pizza and I just was me. I was a 7.

Chel Good Morning Chel XOXOXO Oracle cards are very abundant these days, and you can find them at most bookstores, or just order some on Amazon. I have a lot of angel and fairy cards. Basically you just shuffle the deck, and while you are shuffling, ask a question - like I like to ask "What should I know today that would help make my day brighter and more loving?" Then I pick a card! It's so simple, and a really fun way to start off any day!
