In answer to your question, there is no difference when you are talking about the home cook.
Anything you cook inside the house for instance, is homemade. If you want to cook outside on a grill or campfire - it's still called Homemade food - because it's YOU who is making it.
Some people do refer to Outside Food in respect to catering, where food is taken from one facility to another or to an outdoor event.
But as you mention Homemade - you could go to the park and cook something homemade - so to me, they are the same thing - just a different location.
