I recently had a weight shocker too - I was at my doctor, and had put on over 10 pounds in the last year. That's so frustrating, because a few years ago I'd lost over 50 pounds. Though, it was a super crazy diet, and it took like 8 months - it was the HCG diet.
I've just been under so much stress ACH!
So Sheryl, on your example, I think I'll start keeping a food journal too. I know when I'm stressed, I eat, so with this journal, hopefully I'll "think" before I eat - and I can pick another action to sooth my stress.
Like knitting. Furiously knitting! HA HA!
