Just came back from the beach in front of my house.

The waves were small. About one quarter was not under the water.

It was mostly cloudy and raining. The wind was medium, warm and cold.

I saw Gulls, Crows, two other breeds of Bird, Butterflies, Oysters and three other marine animals.

I have been very short of breath. Doc told me walking is out and to start doing yoga.

Came back less than one hour ago (i completely forgot to came here like i do normally) from the beach in front of the house.

It was mostly sunny and a little foggy. The wind was small, cold and warm.

Do you have asthma, is it really hot, or do you have allergies. Those are the things I think of with shortness of breath. But I think yoga is a great alternative. Try some chest openers like Fish Pose, or some back bends that lift the chest such as Cobra.
