Yesterday I went to bed at 1:05 and got up at 11:12. I washed a small load of laundry, watched Judge Judy at 16:00, L'arbitre at 19:00, a new movie at 21:00 and Family Guy at 23:00. It was a very bad night and a very bad day.
The ship arrived back in Southampton this morning, an hour late because of some problem with the "starboard converter" (I forget what that is, but it's important!) in the night. But still caught the 9.00 train for London.
Partly unpacked and did a load of washing. Caught up on mail and other things after a week of very limited internet access. Fell asleep doing that. Yawn.
Had dinner with a friend and later attended a little entertainment evening by a group of local singers. Always good fun.
Tomorrow I'm going to Greenwich for tea and a tour of the Queen's House. The Queen herself isn't involved. This is a building near the maritime museum and the event is for Friends of the maritime museum and old observatory (I'm going as a guest, as I'm not a member.)
Actually not much, probably just some work on the computer rather than my normal running around doing errands. I'm learning that I do need a day of down time in order to recuperate for the stress of the work week.
Today I got up, straightened up a bit, took out the trash and washed a few cups from last night and went to the senior citizen center for lunch. Talked to some people about my house being for sale. Came home, took a nap and played some games on my Nook.
Yesterday I went to bed at 2:15 and got up at 11:46. I activated a Winners (and its also part of a group with 2 other stores) free card on the internet for my family to use (i think it does not give points - dont really understand what it does oh well its free anyway), watched the June 25 episode of The Daily Show on the internet, Dr Phil at 18:00 and made an online order. It was an average night and a bad day.
