Hello all,

Who knows anything about Bokashi Composting?

I had heard of it sometime ago, but didn't follow up till very recently. I want to start a Bokashi system to use the fruit and vegetables (etc.) offcuts from my kitchen and for this I need to buy a Bokashi bin and some Bokashi bran to start off the process.

Anyway, I will report back to you once I have started, but I am intrigued by this system that produces wonderful organic compost in the end. Sounds just right for my containers!

Once you have read the article well ... can you imagine? If you have the opportunity and are an entrepreneur in the making, or even if you are at home or semi-retired and looking for something useful to do, this could become a very smart and lucrative home-based business; who knows how big you'll grow?

You could invest in many buckets and make arrangements for food waste collection from the local cafes and restaurants … and gardens in your area will surely bloom alongside your bank account. Maybe you could introduce it to a school near you?
