Just came back from a walk.

Today I stopped at the eleventh electric pole after the forest part.

The sun was playing hide and seek with the clouds. The wind was medium and warm.

Almost no waves.

I saw Gulls, Crows, Ducks, two other breeds of Bird, Butterflies and Bees.

It did not stink today smirk!

Just writing something so that the new page appears which is insane since that page exists with one comment that was posted yesterday!

That is great! Most people don't realize how hard that really is. I recommend the FitBit pedometer. There is a review on the Exercise Site. But really any pedometer will work fine.

Terri,

Today's walk was hard because it was hot today. I only do these small walks (its almost 1 hour now but to me its still small) and I don't want to waste sunscreen for just that so I always wear pants and a coat with a hood on it, the coat is not very heavy but when it's hot it's not too fun plus I keep the hood on to protect my face.

One of these days I'll start exercising again and when I won't do that I plan on spending my days outside doing walks and sports and then I will wear sunscreen so that won't happen anymore.

After Rafael Nadal and Wimbledon is over I will only go a little bit on the beach every day until the end of October where I have nine days I will be so busy that I won't have a minute to spare. After that if I do not start exercising I will continue these walks where I stopped for the remaining thirty-four days that will be left until I start my new and improved daily routine.

Just came back from a walk.

Today I only went to the post office boxes.

It was cloudy (the sun was trying to peek through), raining for about a quarter of the time and a little foggy. The wind was medium and warm.

Big waves.

I saw Ducks, Gulls and five other breeds of Bird.

I managed to do over 11,000 steps yesterday. Besides a short walk in Stavanger (Norway), I'm on a fairly large ship and did the rest of it on board.

Today had a lovely walk in Skjolden, which is at the head of the longest navigable fjord. Green water, green mountains and fields, cascades down the steep slopes that rise behind the town and border the fjord. Have already done 10,000 steps.
