I Do suffer from lower back pain and i am on prescription meds I also noticed that if i even lose 10 pounds (which is so hard for me to do , And keep it off ) It helps relief a lot of the pain "Is it all in my mind" ???
I'm sorry to hear about your back pain, believe me I totally understand. Dropping weight is going to make your back feel a lot better. Less weight = less pressure on spine = less pain.
I also understand about losing weight. Yuck! Have you ever tried physical therapy for your pain?
Thanks Terri, No I haven't I'm Agoraphobic so i can't leave the house to go for therapy But i do have a Doctor and Nurse that comes to my home I may inquire if i can have physical therapy here
