Lately my hair dresser has been preoccupied and hasn't done what I've asked the past two visits. How can I address this without upsetting her? I don't want to change hairdressers.

Why are you worried about not upsetting her? She works for you. You pay her money everytime you go see her. You should get what you asked and paid for!

The original posting is over ten months old, so I hope the poster resolved her hairdresser problems. I can't imagine allowing the hairdresser to do the wrong thing twice and agonize about saying something. After all, if someone were to go into a restaurant and order something they want and be brought something they didn't want, surely they wouldn't just accept it.

I would change hair dressers and not look back. Bet she was paying attention when she was paid and tipped!
