What is intuition? It's the divine guidance that comes from within, that guides us to that next brightest thing. However, it's often hard to trust this guidance, especially when we want to make big changes. Read on to learn how this guidance is always available, even when it feels like it's not.

Levels of Intuition

The most basic level of intuition is the "gut feeling." Do you ever just "feel" like you should, or shouldn't, do something?

At times, I've ignored those gut feelings, and the outcome has been at a cost. Ugh! I am now really careful to review my feelings - when it feels right to do something, but I worry about putting myself out there. Or, when I feel I shouldn't do something, but worry that someone will be disappointed.

What do I feel vs. what am I thinking?

I usually know to trust my feelings when my thoughts about it are based in fear.
