Procrastination is a very powerful. It can make or break a dream. Children with learning disabilities often have trouble getting started with certain things in life because motivation is not present. The effects of procrastination can decrease with simple changes to daily routines.
I read (I wish I could remember where!) that behaviors need to be repeated 14 times to become permanent. Somewhere else (?) I read that you should do something for 30 days to make it permanent.
