Hi Everyone,

So we have quite the cosmic cocktail brewing right now. We are on the tail end of a new moon - which means new beginnings, but we've also just entered into a Mercury Retrograde, AND we have some geomagnetic storms, which can affect us on all levels.

So, for those new moon energies, maybe consciously choose to let go of something right now that no longer works for you. We have to sacrifice what's NOT working to allow in what DOES work

Mercury Retrograde - I like to use this time to reflect and re-do. Mercury Retro can be the break we need to give attention to projects that we've started, but haven't given energy to in a while.

Geo Magnetic storms - drinking water and getting plenty of rest are number one on my list. I have to be more careful with caffeine and sugary things too. More fruits and veggies, and as always, OMEGA oils.

What makes you feel better during a cosmic cocktail?

I've never heard of "Cosmic Cocktail." It sounds about right though. A lot of energy in the air, to me anyway.

I feel the same when we've a great deal of storms, which we have, so maybe a combination of the two is what's bringing things to a head.

Quiet time, a glass of wine, meditation or candles, music or lately older radio listenings or programs and such bring comfort. Definately drinking lots of water, salads and fruits, but the greatest thing I've found is letting things that don't work - well set them free

HA HA... I just thought "cosmic cocktail" sounded fun, and right on!

I hadn't thought about even adding the weather to that mix. But we should, huh! Here it's been hot then cold. A couple of weeks ago it was in the 100s, then the 60s, and back and forth. Ugh!

I was listening to celtic folk music on Pandora today - so soothing!
