Have you ever found yourself in metaphysical, or spiritual groups, where it seemed people were trying to out-enlighten each other? This recently happened in a group I attended. There were a couple of people trying to spiritually one-up each other. If it was a scene from the SyFy channel, they would have been two wizards flinging fire and lightening at each other.
It was actually pretty funny, but contained a really good lesson. No matter what the religious, spiritual, philosophical, or even political group, the brightest examples will always show the best parts of that path - no matter the path. And the worst examples... well, they have their lessons too I suppose
