I'd love to make these Linzer cookies with guava jam but that jam is very obscure in American grocery stores. Where do you buy it?

I bought mine right at my local Publix grocery store :-) I've also bought it from Whole Foods, Wegman's & Trader Joe's.

You may need to check the Latin Foods section or International section :-)

Feel free to make the cookies using any type of jam though - it's all good!

Well, if you had my mother-in-laws guava tree in her California garden, you could've made my Guava Jelly! smile

There's a place here in Sierra Madre called E Waldo Ward which sells jellies, jams, and the like. They might have guava jelly or jam!

If not, you might try some of the Hawaiian web sites. I have a friend who lives in Honolulu, and she always sends me jams and jellies from small island businesses. Hawaiian Sun Guava Jelly is available on Amazon as well.
