Stress causes us to feel tense and ill at ease, but did you also know that it causes flare- ups? In addition to elevating ones blood pressure, it can also cause acne to re-exert itself. Stress can cause tiredness too, because the mind never fully relaxes. This can cause one to appear worn, and baggy, prematurely. So vow today, to find a way to decrease your stress levels. (We are all going to experience stress, but we don't have to always experience the highest levels of it.)

If it is through exercise, reading, dancing, or even the horizontal mambo LOL de-stress. Do something that appeals to you, and as much as is possible, do not dwell on stressors. Why? Because worry never fixes a thing; also, the more in control and relaxed you feel, the more beautiful you act and appear.

I'll tell you a secret... while I'm telling you this, I am also speaking to myself!

If you've got a sure fire way of managing stress why not share it?

I suffer a lot from stress and this started when I was born (i actually thought for many years that i had my first years stress free then i realised it was not true) so I have many of the symptoms that comes with stress but never had acne. I do my best to calm myself but since my parents are the reason I am so stressed and that I still live with them I can only escape for some time before it comes back to me. My favorite ways to calm myself is to listen to music, walk and go into my imagination to daydream.
