Connie, I love all your ideas. I grew up eating sautéed mushrooms on buttered toast for breakfast - and it is still one of my favorite ways to eat them.

Also, for lunch, when I have left over gravy I heat the gravy and stir in sliced raw mushrooms till they wilt, and spoon over toast.

Okay, I will admit, I'm not one for canned, or jarred mushrooms. I do love them raw though. Maybe I will try them in a grilled cheese sandwich - cuz I do LOVE their nutritional content, and honestly, I get sick of eating salads all the time LOL.

We saw the GIANT mushrooms in the store once, and they were filled with cheese, and spinach. We popped them in the oven, and YUM!!

I bet sandwiches could be made from these giant mushrooms
