There are soooo many styles of yoga and each has its own uniqueness. I'm curious to see how long do you hold your poses when you do your yoga practice? There is no rule, it's totally up to you, though some styles like Yin Yoga practice very long holds.

Personally I hold my poses for 1 minute. Using a timer I determined that 10 deep breaths is about one minute so I count during the pose and with each breath I try to be aware of how I am feeling in the pose.
