I can't believe you're going to do pull-ups-only one of the hardest exercises ever. You must have really strong arm and shoulder muscles.

Have you been watching the old Johnny Weissmuller "Tarzan" films again? 3:)

Seriously though, when I did these while Ninpo training in Japan I was taught:

. start off slowly
. do both fast and slow pullups
. palms towards you work the biceps and triceps more, palms away work the forearms.
