The first time I saw fitness trackers was on the last season of Big Brother. I'd like to look into purchasing one. Does anybody have one? Are they difficult to program?

The Fit Bit will record steps, calories burned, and acts as a clock. It has software that connects to the Fit Bit website and it will track your calories and activities. I have one and really like it. There are newer versions now than the one I have. Take a look at my article: Fit Bit Review in the review category on my main Exercise Site page.

I have also used an online tool called "Fit Day". I have used it often and really like it. It is free unless you want to upgrade to the premium version.
