Hey, guys. I know who gave me a true awakening, the exercise editor. She has a swift kick in the gluteous maximus message that will get us all on board and fast that she just put out around the beginning of this month.

If you have a routine all year long that helps you stay fit all year long then come holiday time there would not be any problems, you could even for that short time stop your healthy routine and not end up with any problems after doing that and also not have any trouble getting back into your normal routine.

So true Nancy. I was a big slacker during the holidays mainly because of the cold weather. But then I started a walking routine everyday at the local nearby Wal-Mart where I could be indoors and warm and it made a big difference.
