Had my EAS protein shake after yoga, along with, yes, chewy vitamins smile emoticon.

Now pondering lunch. Still no salad in the house. Have to fix that. Bob needs to get shopping! Maybe I'll have some soup.

How are you doing?

This morning, I had two scrambled eggs with just a tiny bit of soy sauce on them, along with a cup of coffee and water.

I am definitely going low carb but it's hard because I'm going going vegetarian (not vegan though. Lacto-ovo.) Choices are few.

I used to love a piece of toast with cream cheese or cottage cheese on it, but now that I'm off the bread, I need another base for my cottage cheese and cream cheese. Ideas?

I just may have to go liquid for breakfast although I am a chewer!

My boyfriend's making me try an Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale protein Shake for breakfast today. Hmmm. Heavy and chalky. Not for me. #lowcarb

I had my usual coffee routine with almond milk and this morning I had a great slice of homemade bread with peanut butter for protein. I like to start the day with a nice dose of protein.
