What are your best memories of West Indies cricket and how would you fix the current set-up?

Unfortunately, there just isn't enough talent around at the moment to compete at the Test level. Also, the 20-20 competitions are too much of a distraction. Other cricketing nations have the same problem with the distraction, but they have a deeper reservoir of talent than we do. West Indies will fly again, but it will take a little while. [para] We had better hope that when that day comes, our region can find a captain as good as Sammy has been. He seems to have been an inspirational captain - not quite good enough as a bowler or batsman at Test level, but he deserves to be long remembered with great affection for his heart and soul.

Getting done like a dinner by Ireland won't have helped the WI players' confidence a lot. Unfortunately, once Gayle goes it's the end of the game for them
