im 63 years old..
i am beginning at lifting weights. im interested in abdominal exercise to reduce my belly size.
i am 206 lbs ant 5 ft 11. i am not obese but i do want to reduce wasit size and lose a few lbs.
i also want to increase arm strength but not overdo it either.
how much weight should i be lifting for arem strength and doing leg lifts...i am using a weight bench. too.
