Ok, you should know me by now. I don't eat salads every single day - even though I love them. But my heritage is comfort, it' just the way I am.
My cholesterol isn't high, I don't have diabetes! I walk every single day back and forth to work (except the train,) but do a lot of stair climbing in NY. lol
My point is - you can enjoy comfort food once in a while if you modify your portions and eat correctly the rest of the week and get a little exercise.
