Time to do our start-of-year weigh-in! I'm starting out at 139.2lb, 21.0% fat, 53.5% water, and 37.1lb muscle. My aim - 130!

Whatever your weight is, it's good to know your starting point. That way you can map out a plan for success smile.

My weigh in will have to wait till end of month.

Have no scales.

We've been travelling since 7 December via Sydney to New Zealand. Spent Christmas and New Year by the beach at Paihia on the North Island. Tomorrow travel down to the South Island.

Typical day, go for a jog, have breakfast on balcony overlooking bay, go for a walk, visit a winery, have a great lunch with wine at the winery, come back to apartment, read and write, get takeaway curry, pizza, fish'n'chips, chicken, bottle of wine, read, go to sleep.

Undoubtabtly am putting on some weight, but haven't had to loosen belt yet.

Wednesday weigh in -- today 136.0 pounds smile

When in my previous post I said "Undoubtabtly am putting on some weight2, well, I didn't.

In fact I lost 0.9 pounds. Amazing must have been the jogging. Not done any since I've been back, too cold and pavements too slippery.

Weekly weigh-in, and James was over this past weekend. Yup, I ate poorly. Pizza, rice pilaf, and chocolate donuts. 142.4lb, 21.9% fat, 52.8% water, 36.4lb muscle. #lowcarb How are you doing on your goals?
