I used to be like that. However, my shape is changing as I get older...eek! So now, I curb my enthusiasm by eating comfort food in lesser portions and throw in some healthy along with it. I'm a savory person and have lost my sweet tooth - unless my husband puts ice cream in the refrigerator...and then I'm a gonner! LOL
I've lost 7 lbs. so far by just doing that...only 8 - 10 lbs. more to go. I refuse to throw out my skinny jeans!
