I'm always trying to find ways to make my budget stretch a little further and further every time I shop at the grocery store.

My family love shrimp and there's never enough in every bite, just because they are so darn expensive. So by splitting already cooked shrimp, the dish looks abundant and there's a shrimp in every bite.

Made in a tasty herb tomato sauce with lots of garlic, it turned out delish! I hope you can be inspired by my recipe.
