Hi everyone and a Happy New Year to you. I have an exciting line up of articles that will appear during the next few months. It's called "A Yoga Sequence for Each Day of the Week."
Sometimes it's hard to get started on your home practice because you just don't have a routine and don't know how to come up with one. This series will supply you with 5 sequences for Monday-Friday (or however you want to use them), and each sequence will have a different focus.
Along with the sequence there will be corresponding articles about the chakras and how they relate to each sequence.
